So you attract into your life whatever you think about the most, whether you are aware of it or not. 

So if you think negatively, you’ll attract more negativity. 

If you think positively, you’ll attract more positivity in your life. 

We’ve all heard the saying, “what you focus on expands.” 

Your thoughts have the power to affect your life in many ways – good and bad – so it’s essential to be mindful of what you’re thinking about and how you spend your time.

In this post, we will talk about how to master the law of attraction; let’s start at the beginning.

So how do you master the Law of Attraction? 

Do you have to watch your thoughts all day long? 

Do you have to curate your thoughts and worry about thinking the wrong thing? 

Not at all.

With the information we give you, you will see that you can go about your day and let the Law of Attraction do the heavy lifting. 

To start with, everything you think and say does have an impact on how you manifest, but it is the way you feel that has the most significant impact on manifesting. 

If you feel that you are not getting what you want from life, then you won’t, but if you believe that you will get what you want from life, then you will. 

The way you feel is the key to mastering the Law of Attraction. 

If you believe in something strongly enough, you will attract it to you, and it will manifest in your life. 

This is why it is important to have a clear vision of what you want from life and focus on it daily.

We always start with affirmations to help you develop the correct mindset for manifesting. 

Affirmations help you feel more positive about yourself. 

Positive affirmations are positive statements you believe about yourself. 

For example, “I am a great communicator” or “I am a successful person.” 

These affirmations help you feel more confident and encourage you to take action towards your goals. 

Affirmations are essential to manifesting because they help you program your subconscious mind for success. 

They help you focus on what you want instead of what you don’t want. 

They also help you reprogram your negative beliefs about yourself from limiting to empowering. 

Your subconscious mind can only focus on one thought at a time; therefore, when you program your subconscious mind with positive statements, it pushes out negative ones, creating space for what you want.


We discussed that feelings are the most crucial part of manifesting, which is why it is essential to understand how we feel at certain times of the day or in certain situations. 

A good example that resonates with many people is when you open your banking app on your phone and see how much money is in your account after you have paid your bills. 

When that bad feeling arises, you dread or panic because of the lack of money, which resonates with the universe. 

The universe understands the feeling you send out and brings you more of the same thing. 

If you feel that feeling for 17 seconds, the universe hears it and starts looking for a match for your feeling. 

The universe is neutral in its feelings. 

Its only job is to send you more of what you ask for, and you do this by your feelings. 

Feelings are linked to emotions, but they are not the same thing. 

Feelings are thoughts you think, and emotions are sensations in the body. 

So coming back to our banking app and how you feel dread when you look at how little money you had in your account. 

The sensations in your body were your emotions telling you what you resonate with. 

This means that when you feel dread, that is the current feeling you send to the universe. 

You send happy feelings to the universe when your emotions are happy. 

Your emotions are your alarm system; they always tell you what feeling you send to the universe.  


Belief is also known as faith. 

Faith is defined as complete trust or confidence in someone or something, a strong belief in something for which there is no proof. 

It is the cornerstone of all religions around the world. 

Faith is spoken about in the Bible numerous times, and it is this faith we have to have.

When we believe that our item will manifest, we not only have a strong emotional belief that it will happen, we have a strong belief that it will happen soon.

Unfortunately, we can’t time our manifestations as we don’t know when they will happen, but we do know they will happen at some point during our lives. 

The Secret

When I talk about the secret, I am not referring to the book The Secret, but more importantly, to the fact that you should keep your manifestation secret. 

When you decide what you want to manifest and start the process, keep it to yourself because if you tell somebody else, their feelings or opinions about what you are trying to manifest will influence your decision. 

People will also keep asking if you have manifested the item and cast doubt when you say no. 

So keep your manifestations to yourself, and let the people you love know when you have manifested the item you visualized. 

Applying the Law of Attraction to Your Life

First, decide what you want to manifest in your life. 

This could be anything, including money, happiness or love.

Then, when you go to bed at night, visualize people talking about you having the item you are manifesting. 

Hear them talking in wonder about you and feel as if you are there. 

Do this for 7 nights or until it starts to feel natural to you or you find it easy to visualize the scene. 

If you don’t feel you’re doing it correctly, you can use affirmations to help move you into the correct mindset. 

Once you have mastered the visualization, test to see if you are aligned with it. Start by thinking about what it is you want.

How do you feel?

Do you feel calm or doubtful?

If you feel calm, you are in sync with your visualization, but if you feel doubt, you are not in the correct vibrational frequency and are not aligned.

Your emotions will help you figure out how aligned you are.

Once you feel calm about what you want to manifest, you know you are in the correct emotional state. 

Have the belief we spoke about previously that you are going to get what you wanted and go about your day, do not wonder how or when it will come to you. 

The more you think about it, the more blocks you put in its path. 

Go about your day and be happy and enjoy your day.
